2025年2月7日被撤回:总编辑已撤回本文,原因是本文中的图表存在问题,这些问题使得文章的整体科学性受到质疑。文章发表后进行的调查发现存在以下问题:


图1B中的第二个GAPDH条带似乎与[1]中图2E的GADPH条带重叠;

图1B中的第三个CDKL1条带在翻转并重新缩放后,似乎与[2]中图1A的Ftl1、Duodenum条带重叠;

图2B中siCDKL1组的GFP面板中的显微照片似乎与[3]中图2a的shZFR组的GFP面板中的显微照片重叠;

图2D中的GAPDH条带在翻转并重新缩放后,似乎与[4]中图2C的MG-63组的GADPH条带重叠;

图4A中NC组的0h测定结果似乎与[5]中图4A的pcDNA组的0h测定结果重叠。


因此,总编辑不再相信本文所呈现研究的完整性。作者未回复出版商的函件。
