2020年5月8日,义乌市中心医院心血管内科的Lingbo Zhu(第一作者)  Xinyan Gong(第一作者)  & Ningning Ji(通讯作者 音译 季宁宁)在Brazilian Journal of Medical and Biological Research(中科院四区 IF=1.9)期刊上在线发表题为"Notoginsenoside R1 upregulates miR-221-3p expression to alleviate ox-LDL-induced apoptosis, inflammation, and oxidative stress by inhibiting the TLR4/NF-κB pathway in HUVECs"(野葛根皂苷 R1 通过抑制 HUVEC 中的 TLR4/NF-κB 通路,上调 miR-221-3p 的表达,从而缓解氧化-LDL 诱导的细胞凋亡、炎症和氧化应激)论文。

For comparison, WBs from "Long non-coding RNA NEAT1 accelerates cell progression in cervical cancer by regulating the miR-889-3p/E2F7 axis through the activation of the PI3K/AKT pathway" (Zhou et al 2019) [retracted].

These bear a family resemblance to flow-cytometry scatterplots in a series of retracted papermill products.

"Long non-coding RNA MEG3 inhibits cell proliferation, migration, invasion and enhances apoptosis in non-small cell lung cancer cells by regulating the miR-31-5p/TIMP3 axis" (Li et al 2019).


"Long non-coding RNA GACAT1 alleviates doxorubicin and vincristine resistance through a PTEN/AKT/mTOR/S6K1 regulatory pathway in gastric cancer" (Ding et al 2019).

"Long non-coding RNA TUG1 alleviates high glucose induced podocyte inflammation, fibrosis and apoptosis in diabetic nephropathy via targeting the miR-27a-3p/E2F3 axis" (Li et al 2019).

"Long non-coding RNA NEAT1 accelerates cell progression in cervical cancer by regulating the miR-889-3p/E2F7 axis through the activation of the PI3K/AKT pathway" (Zhou et al 2019).



撤稿原因


本文已于2025年1月31日被撤回:作者请求撤回本文。作者之一Lingbo Zhu表示,“PubPeer对该文章结果的真实性提出了质疑,并将其中的图表与其他已被撤回的出版物进行了比较。由于数据年代久远且无法获取原始数据,作者请求撤回该文章”。


编辑部决定撤回该论文,以避免对科学界造成进一步的损害。《Brazilian Journal of Medical and Biological Research》将继续保持警惕,防止学术不端行为,并加强本刊对良好科学实践的承诺。
